The Kakuwa Community Executive Team operates through a well-structured leadership framework designed to ensure effective administration, accountability, and community development. At its helm, the executive leadership comprises the Chairperson, two Deputy Chairpersons, a Secretary General, and a specialized team of Secretaries dedicated to various portfolios.

Eecutive Committee of Kakuwa Community

Governance within the community balances democratic mandate with strategic appointment. To guarantee strong grassroots accountability and democratic legitimacy, the critical positions of the Chairperson, Secretary General, and Secretary of Finance are strictly elected positions, directly established and protected by the community constitution. These elected officials form the core administrative and fiscal backbone of the leadership.

To ensure comprehensive operational coverage and foster broad inclusivity, the two Deputy Chairpersons and all other specialized Secretaries are appointed directly by the Chairperson. This collaborative appointment model allows the Chairperson to assemble a dynamic, competent team tailored to drive key initiatives—ranging from cultural preservation and education to socioeconomic empowerment and peaceful coexistence. Together, this unified executive structure works harmoniously to advance the collective vision, protect the heritage, and uplift every member of the Kakuwa community across all regions.
